This project was close to home in every way. As a Nepali, collaborating with The North Face and the Khumbu Climbing Center was an opportunity to honor the mountains, the climbers, and the culture I grew up with. The Khumbu region is more than a backdrop—it’s a place of strength, tradition, and deep community. Being part of a project that highlights and supports the people who live and climb there felt incredibly personal and meaningful.
